[目的]了解建水县艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群变化及其艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为制定有效健康教育模式和高危行为干预方式提供科学依据。[方法]采用描述性流行病学方法,对2009～2011年到建水县疾控中心自愿咨询检测门诊就诊者资料进行统计分析。[结果]2009～2011年,共有2 321人接受了VCT服务,其中20～29岁年占37.35%,30～39岁占26.37%,40～49岁占10.81%;男性占41.49%,女性占58.51%;20～29岁占37.35%,30～39岁占26.36%;初中以下学历占80.83%,不同年份求询者为20～29、50～59、60岁以上,均大专及以上、小学文化所占的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);有非婚异性性行为史者占59.46%,有注射毒品行为者占12.11%,有男男性行为史者占1.21%;2009～2011年求询者有非婚异性性行为史者、有注射吸毒史者、配偶/固定性伴阳性者、有职业暴露史者、HIV感染者/AIDS病人密切接触者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2008～2010年HIV抗体阳性检出率分别为14.32%,24.82%,21.61%。[结论]建水县艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群AIDS传播途径以性接触传播为主,HIV阳性者以初中以下、青壮年为主。
[Objective] To understand the population change of HIV voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) and its HIV status in Jianshui County, and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective health education model and high-risk behavioral intervention. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of the volunteers from the voluntary counseling and testing clinic in Jiushui County from 2009 to 2011. [Results] A total of 2,221 people accepted VCT services from 2009 to 2011, of which 37.35% were aged from 20 to 29, 26.37% were aged from 30 to 39, 10.81% were from 40 to 49 years old, 41.49% were male, 58.51%; 20-29 years old accounted for 37.35%, 30-39 years old accounted for 26.36%; junior high school education accounted for 80.83%, inquiries of different years 20 ~ 29,50 ~ 59,60 years old, all college and above, primary (P <0.05 or <0.01). 59.46% had history of non-marital sexual behavior, 12.11% had drug injection behavior, and 1.21% had history of male and female sexual behavior. Those who asked for inquiries from 2009 to 2011 had a history of non-marital sex, those with history of drug addiction, those with positive spouse / sex partner, those with history of occupational exposure, and close contacts with HIV / AIDS patients had statistically significant differences (P <0.01). The positive rates of HIV antibody in 2008-2010 were 14.32%, 24.82% and 21.61% respectively. [Conclusion] AIDS transmission in HIV / AIDS voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) population of Jianshui County is mainly sexual contact, and HIV positive persons are mainly below junior high school and young adults.
