新媒体环境下危突发事件的舆论引导方式

随着新媒体的崛起,信息传播有了全新的形式与特点。特别是对于突发事件的传播,由于新媒体快速、全面的特点,可以更迅捷地向公众传递与突发事件有关的各类信息,在满足公众对突发事件信息知晓需求的同时,有效减少突发事件可能造成的损失。本文首先分析了突发事件的相关内容,然后结合实际的传播案例总结出新媒体社会公共危机传播的舆论引导方式。 With the rise of new media, information dissemination has a new form and characteristics. Especially for the dissemination of emergencies, due to the fast and comprehensive characteristics of new media, various types of information related to emergencies can be transmitted to the public more promptly. While meeting the public’s need of knowing the information of emergencies, it can effectively reduce Possible losses caused by emergencies. This article first analyzes the relevant contents of the emergencies, and then summarizes the public opinion guidance methods of the public crisis of the new media society based on the actual communication cases.
