一、1988年自治区全民义务植树和造林绿化工作取得了新成绩。 (一)全民义务植树运动持续深入。去年,全区参加义务植树人数达510万人,共植树4446万株。按全区适龄公民人数计算,人均植树6.4株,超额完成了每人3—5株的法定义务植树任务。 (二)城市绿化逐步向纵深发展。据全区16个城市统计,去年市区植树300多万株,种花种草320万平方米,新增绿地面积270多 I.
