三原发癌是指同一机体同时或先后三次患有原发恶性肿瘤。此类肿瘤罕见,它约占多原发癌的1～3.18％。据日本学者中岛收集的文献,至1976年全世界共报告约173例。国内报告的也很少。现将我院三例三原发癌报告如下: 例1。男性,嗜烟 酒。66岁时,因反酸、不规律上腹痛半年,X线钡餐示“胃小弯溃疡”入院手术。术后病理诊断为“胃小弯高分化腺癌”。术后3个月、半年、1年等行5～Fu治疗。术后4年患者出现无痛性、间隙性血尿。膀胱镜检查发现膀胱三角区有约1.5
Three primary cancers refer to primary malignant tumors occurring simultaneously or three times in the same body. This type of tumor is rare and it accounts for approximately 1 to 3.18% of multiple primary cancers. According to the documents collected by Japanese scholar Nakajima, 173 cases were reported worldwide by 1976. There are also few domestic reports. Three cases of three primary cancers in our hospital are reported as follows: Example 1. Men, smokers.
