陕西省户县余下镇位于古城西安东南部,誉称“画乡小江南”。1994年全镇工农业总产值达3.5亿元,财政总收入达1300多万元,连续五年收入总量和增长速度居全县第一。镇财政所连续五年被县政府授予农业税征收先进单位,县财政系统先进单位。1995年,又被评为全国财政系统文明财政所,受到财政部的表彰。
The remaining town of Huxian County in Shaanxi Province is located in the southeastern part of the ancient city of Xi’an. It is said to be “a small Jiangnan village”. In 1994 the town of industrial and agricultural output value reached 350 million yuan, total fiscal revenue of more than 1300 million yuan, for five consecutive years of total income and growth rate ranks first in the county. For five consecutive years, the municipal finance department was awarded the advanced unit of agricultural tax collection and the advanced unit of the county financial system by the county government. In 1995, it was again named as the National Financial System Civilized Finance Office, which was honored by the Ministry of Finance.
