在“一带一路”倡议的提出和亚洲基础设施投资银行成立的背景下,中国对外直接投资有望大幅增长。作为“一带一路”的关键节点和链接亚欧的纽带,中东欧十六国的投资潜力逐渐得到重视。由于历史文化和地理位置的差距,中国企业对中东欧十六国的投资环境不甚了解。本文从投资企业的视角,首先利用定量方法对中东欧十六国投资环境综合评估。得出捷克、立陶宛和波兰的投资环境最好。继而利用定性方法对三国投资环境具体分析,对企业提出投资建议。
Against the backdrop of the proposed “Belt and Road” initiative and the founding of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, China’s foreign direct investment is expected to increase substantially. As the key node of the Belt and Road and the link linking Asia and Europe, the investment potential of the 16 Central and Eastern European countries has gradually been taken seriously. Due to the gap between history, culture and geographical location, Chinese enterprises do not have a good understanding of the investment environment in the 16 Central and Eastern European countries. This article from the perspective of the investment business, first of all, quantitative methods for the Central and Eastern European investment environment comprehensive assessment. The best investment climate for Czech Republic, Lithuania and Poland is drawn. Then use the qualitative method to analyze the investment environment of the three countries in detail and make investment suggestions to the enterprises.
