1.前言本文介绍的是通过音响分析来诊断小型柴油机排气门漏气故障的诊断方法。为模拟排气门漏气故障现象,在排气门上设有切口。将装有带切口的排气门时的运行情况当作异常情况,与正常(装通常的排气门)情况进行了音响对比分析。关于音响信号处理、分析方法,为了使观测者容易理解,同时又易于进行模型化,采用了原始波形观测法、能谱分析法和包络线处理法。为更进一步明确故障特征,还提出并探讨了局部抽样法(即仅在音响信号的期间取样)。
1. Preface This article describes the diagnosis of small diesel exhaust valve leak through the acoustic analysis. To simulate the exhaust valve leak phenomenon, there is a cut in the exhaust valve. When the operation of the exhaust valve with a notch is taken as an abnormal condition, an acoustic contrast analysis is carried out with the normal condition (normal exhaust valve installed). About the acoustic signal processing and analysis methods, the original waveform observation method, the energy spectrum analysis method and the envelope processing method are adopted in order to make the observer understand easily and model easily at the same time. In order to further clarify the fault features, the local sampling method (ie sampling during the acoustic signal only) was also proposed and discussed.
