近几年来,地矿系统职工队伍的组织结构、年龄结构、文化技术素质发生了较大变化。最近笔者对江西地矿局九一六大队一个分队职工队伍的变化和现状做了粗略调查。七十年代中期,这个分队有职工320人,35岁以下的青年职工占25%。八十年代以来,队伍的年龄结构发生了急剧变化。到1988年底,这个综合普查分队在册职工256人,青年职工就有204
In recent years, great changes have taken place in the organizational structure, age structure and cultural and technological quality of the staff and workers in the geology and mining system. Recently, I made a rough survey of the changes and status quo of a contingent of staff members of the 916th brigade in Jiangxi Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. In the mid-1970s, this unit had 320 workers and staff, and 25% of young workers under the age of 35. Since the 1980s, the team’s age structure has changed dramatically.
