地方高校作为我国高校体系的重要组成部分,其技术转移的模式也与部属高校技术转移模式基本一致.但地方高校自身的特点也决定了其有别于部属高校的技术转移的模式和特点,这要求地方高校在参与技术转移过程中要加强校内、校际联合,变被动为主动,努力探索技术转移新渠道、新模式.
