目的:晶状体上皮细胞产生纤维生长因子并表达纤维生长因子的受体。本实验的研究目的是调查和研究晶状体上皮细胞增生调节和发育的规律。方法:通过使用牛晶状体上皮细胞培养后,使用“创口愈合方法”检查晶状体上皮细胞的增生和移动,用刮胡刀片在培养的牛晶状体上皮细胞上做一单层晶状体上皮细胞,然后加入一定介质观察和测量晶状体上皮细胞的数量、DNA合成及PCR方法检测基因产量。结果:suramin, protamine和抗纤维生长因子抗体抑制晶状体上皮细胞移动,晶状体上皮细胞的DNA合成也受到了抑制。结论:晶状体组织存在着纤维生长因子的调节系统,而且,这种调节系统在晶状体上皮细胞的增生和分化中起到重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE: Lens epithelial cells produce fibroblast growth factor and express fibroblast growth factor receptors. CONCLUSIONS: There is a fibrogenic growth factor regulatory system in the lens and this regulation system plays an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of lens epithelial cells.
