非正式组织研究是组织理论研究中一个非常重要的部分,更好地理解非正式组织的相关内容对于有效地解决非正式组织的问题具有非常关键和重要的意义。借助于社会资本的视角,对非正式组织进行分类所产生的类型有:积极型、兴趣型、破坏型和消极型四种。在此基础上探讨对非正式组织实施有效管理的相关措施有:正视非正式组织的存在,理解并接受非正式组织;有区别地对待不同类型的非正式组织;注重非正式组织中的关键人物;加强与非正式组织成员的沟通。
Informal organization research is a very important part of organizational theory research. A better understanding of the related contents of informal organizations is very crucial and important for effectively solving the problems of informal organizations. With the help of social capital, the types of informal organizations are classified into four types: positive, interest, disruptive and negative. On the basis of this, some measures to explore the effective management of informal organizations are: face up to the existence of informal organizations, understand and accept informal organizations; treat different types of informal organizations differently; and focus on the key people in informal organizations ; Strengthen communication with members of informal organizations.
