目的研究临床微生物形态学及特殊耐药性检测室间质量评价(external quality assessment,EQA)体系的建立、运行与实施,探讨该体系的临床应用价值。方法每年2次定期在甘肃省对各参评实验室发放已知的临床微生物细(真)菌落、革兰染色、抗酸染色图片,以及美国临床和实验室标准化协会(Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,CLSI)标准更新的知识点(特殊耐药性检测)结果图片。要求各参评单位在规定时间内完成判读并上报结果。回报结果以完全符合、基本符合和不符合的形式进行总结、分析。结果临床微生物形态学及特殊耐药性检测EQA体系运行2年,共进行24次,年度完全符合率逐年上升,2015年达到91.3%。结论临床微生物形态学及CLSI标准知识点考核EQA体系可督导二级以上医院临床微生物检验人员掌握形态学识别技能及学习CLSI知识点,全面提高临床微生物人员专业技能。
Objective To study the establishment, operation and implementation of clinical microbiology morphological and special drug resistance testing inter-laboratory quality evaluation system (EQA), and discuss its clinical value. Methods The clinical microbiological (real) colonies, Gram stains and acid-fast staining pictures of clinically known microorganisms were regularly distributed in Gansu Province twice a year. The clinical and laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) ) Updated standard knowledge point (special drug resistance test) results picture. Requires all participating units to complete the interpretation within the prescribed time and report the results. The result of the report is summarized and analyzed in full conformity, basic conformity and non-conformity. Results Clinical Microbial Morphology and Special Drug Resistance Test The EQA system was operated for 2 years for a total of 24 times. The annual complete compliance rate increased year by year and reached 91.3% in 2015. Conclusion Clinical microbiology and CLSI standard knowledge point examination EQA system can supervise clinical laboratory level two or more clinical microbiology laboratory personnel to master morphological recognition skills and learn CLSI knowledge points to comprehensively improve clinical microbiome professional skills.
