In this paper, based on the overall balance model of the grinding circuit, the establishment of mill simulation amplification program is introduced; various models of crushing kinetics, mill material conveying and grading machine performance of different degrees of research are tested; May be used for design. In order for these models to be successfully applied to the design of continuous mill mills, special attention is paid to the types of data for laboratory tests, bovine industrial tests, and industrial tests. The concept of specific energy consumption in the kinetic model is demonstrated. Batch grinding data obtained from dry ball milling of limestone explains the method of industrial mill design within the overall balance model block diagram described herein.
