一在化学教学中培养学生自学能力,我是从七九年开始尝试的。但当时未把在校学生的自学和社会青年的自学加以区别。为了克服学生的依赖性,过分强调了自学的一面,忽视了教师应起的主导作用,因而在一段时间内未能取得预期的效果。于是,教学中又出现了回摆,把学生的自学活动挤到课外,课内还是以教师为中心按老一套讲课,使自学流于形式。总结这方面的情况,我觉得:在化学教学中要以学生为主体,以教师为主导,把自学引进课堂,变学生听讲为学生自学,变教师讲课为辅导学生自学,必然要打破传统的教学程式,建立新的课堂教学结构。经过实践摸索,我在七九届和八一届两个高中实验班的化学教学中,采用新的课堂教学程式,取得了良
First, in the teaching of chemistry to develop students’ self-learning ability, I started to try it from 1979. However, at the time, the self-study of students at school was not distinguished from the self-study of social youth. In order to overcome the student’s dependence, overemphasizing one side of self-study and ignoring the leading role that teachers should play, it has not been able to achieve the expected results for some time. As a result, there was a backswing in the teaching and the students’ self-study activities were pushed out of class. Summarizing this situation, I think: In chemistry teaching, students should be the mainstay, teachers should be the leading role, self-study should be introduced into the classroom, students should learn to speak for themselves, students should be taught to teach students self-study, and the traditional teaching must be broken. Program to establish a new classroom teaching structure. After practical exploration, I adopted new classroom teaching programs in chemistry teaching in the seventy-ninth and eighty-two high school experimental classes and achieved good results.
