对亚胺培南与其它6种头孢菌素对888株临床致病菌的抗菌谱及耐药率进行了比较。对于大部分需氧菌和脆弱拟杆菌,亚胺培南显示了强大的抗菌活性,特别对于部分对其它6种头孢菌素耐药的菌株也具有很好的抗菌活性。2mg/L以下的亚胺培南可以抑制90%菌株的生长。对于大肠杆菌、克雷伯肺炎杆菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌属、奇异变形杆菌、产气肠杆菌,亚胺培南与头孢噻肟、头孢他定、头孢曲松的抗菌活性相似;对于阴沟肠杆菌、枸機酸杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、不动杆菌属、金葡菌、表皮葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、粪链球菌及脆弱拟杆菌,亚胺培南的抗菌活性强于其它6种抗生素。根据美国临床实验室标准全国委员会(NCCLS)推荐的标准进行耐药性调查的结果显示,本实验中细菌对亚胺培南的耐药率最低。
The antibacterial spectrum and drug resistance rate of 888 clinical pathogenic bacteria between imipenem and 6 other cephalosporins were compared. For most aerobic and Bacteroides fragilis, imipenem showed strong antibacterial activity, especially for some strains resistant to the other 6 cephalosporins also have good antibacterial activity.
