恢复关贸总协定缔约国地位,对我国轻工行业整体的影响,无非是两方面。一是对国内市场,按照关贸总协定要求,我国要对成员国开放国内市场,进口产品关税税率可能普遍下降50％左右,使关税加权水平降至13—16％的水准。其中轻工产品税率可能下降2/3左右。这意味着让出部分国内市场,国外消费品将大量涌入,使企业面临激烈的竞争,在竞争中优胜劣汰。二是对出口市场,作为关贸总协定成员国,产品出口将享受一定的优惠待遇,特别是发展中国家享有的普惠制待遇,这有利于轻工产品出口。但开拓和占领国际市场还必须靠轻工产品的质量,提高综合竞争水平。对主要轻工产品可能产生的影响如下: 家用电器行业:找国家用电器行业是新兴行业,与国外家用电器相比,我国产品更新换代慢、电子化水平
The restoration of the GATT status as a party to the overall impact of China’s light industry is nothing but twofold. First, on the domestic market, in accordance with the requirements of the GATT agreement, China must open up the domestic market to member countries. The tariff rate on imported products may generally decline by about 50%, and the tariff-weighted level will be reduced to a level of 13-16%. The light industrial product tax rate may drop by about 2/3. This means that there will be a large influx of foreign consumer goods in some domestic markets, which will force companies to face fierce competition and survive the competition. Second, for the export market, as a member of the GATT, the export of products will enjoy certain preferential treatment, especially the GSP treatment enjoyed by the developing countries, which is conducive to the export of light industrial products. However, developing and occupying the international market must also depend on the quality of light industrial products and improve the level of comprehensive competition. The possible impacts on major light industrial products are as follows: Household appliance industry: Finding a home appliance industry is an emerging industry.
