[方法]利用高速逆流色谱,选用不同的溶剂体系,分别对氟虫腈、氟环唑、咪草烟、氟吗啉原药中的特定杂质进行了分离提纯。[结果]在对应的溶剂体系下,分离得到的杂质纯度均超过90%。达到了杂质定性及定量分析的要求。[结论]HSCCC是一种高效的杂质分离方法。
[Method] The specific impurities in fipronil, epoxiconazole, imazethapyr and flumorph were separated and purified by high performance countercurrent chromatography with different solvent systems. [Result] Under the corresponding solvent system, the purity of impurities isolated was more than 90%. Achieved impurities qualitative and quantitative analysis requirements. [Conclusion] HSCCC is an efficient method of impurity separation.
