目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时检测饮用水中甲萘威、莠去津含量的方法。方法:样品以二氯甲烷提取,旋转蒸发近干,甲醇定容,甲醇-水为流动相,二极管阵列检测器检测,流速1.0 ml/min。结果:甲萘威、莠去津检测限分别为0.05、0.15 mg/L。在添加量10~30μg范围内,回收率在90.8%~99.7%,相对标准偏差0.72%~1.20%。结论:高效液相色谱法同时检测水中甲萘威、莠去津残留量的方法,定性准确,操作快速,结果准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of carbaryl and atrazine in drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The sample was extracted with dichloromethane, nearly evaporated by rotary evaporation, methanol was fixed, and methanol - water was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min with diode array detector. Results: The detection limits of carbaryl and atrazine were 0.05 and 0.15 mg / L, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 90.8% to 99.7% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.72% to 1.20% in the range of 10-30 μg. Conclusion: HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Carbaryl and Atrazine residues in water is qualitatively accurate, rapid, accurate and reliable.
