本试验对不同耐酸铝毒性的大豆品种进行了一些生理指标的测定,其中包括光合速率,叶片及叶室温度,蒸腾速率及细胞间CO2 浓度,以研究这些性状与大豆耐酸铝性的关系。试验结果表明,在铝胁迫下大豆光和速率明显降低,但耐性好的品种不受影响;耐性强的品种叶片和叶室温度低,蒸腾速率也低于不耐品种。不同处理间大豆CO2 细胞间浓度无显著差异;而在pH5.6条件下品种间的细胞间CO2 浓度差异明显,不耐铝的品种浓度较高。相关分析结果表明,光合速率与叶室和叶片温度呈正相关;与细胞间CO2 浓度相关不明显。
In this experiment, some physiological indexes of soybean varieties with different acid tolerance were determined, including photosynthetic rate, leaf and leaf chamber temperature, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration to study the relationship between these traits and the acid resistance of soybeans. The results showed that under the aluminum stress, the light and speed of soybean decreased obviously, but the varieties with good tolerance were not affected. The leaves and leaf chambers of the tolerant varieties had lower temperature and lower transpiration rate than the resistant varieties. There was no significant difference in the intercellular CO2 concentration among different treatment treatments, while the intercellular CO2 concentration was significantly different among the cultivars at pH 5.6. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and leaf chamber temperature and leaf temperature, but no significant correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration.
