小儿轻微脑功能失调(minimal Brain Dys-function以下简称MBD),是小儿行为障碍中较为多见的一种临床综合症.以男孩占多数,一般在3~16岁(尤其学龄儿童)发病,学校里的发病率约为3~5%。主要症状为多动、冲动、任性、注意力分散,易激动为特点,现就我们调查的1500名学龄儿童所发现的30名MBD情况报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料:30例患者最小6岁,最大14岁,男26例,女14例,男女比例为6.5:1。30例患者均排除其它精神病,症状均持续超过6个月以上。1.2临床表现:注意力涣散:30例患儿均有此现象,但智能无明显障碍,主要表现为上课
