目的:提高儿童静脉药物物配置中心工作质量,提高临床用药的安全性和合理性。方法:对静脉药物配置中心出现的各类差错进行分析,找出其发生的原因并提出相应的防范措施。结果:处方医生、药师及配液护士工作中任一环节的失误均能导致差错的发生。结论:建立规范的操作制度,加强计算机技术防范的应用及人为因素控制实施,以降低儿童静脉药物配置中心的差错的发生。
Objective: To improve the quality of work of children’s intravenous drug delivery center and to improve the safety and rationality of clinical medication. Methods: All kinds of errors occurred in the center of intravenous drug distribution were analyzed to find out the reasons for their occurrence and put forward corresponding preventive measures. Results: Failure of any one of the doctor’s, pharmacist’s and dispensing nurses’ work can lead to errors. Conclusion: The establishment of standardized operating system to strengthen the application of computer technology and human factors to prevent the implementation of control in order to reduce the incidence of errors in children’s intravenous drug distribution center.
