目的:了解我院用药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法:对我院1996年至1999年共568份住院病历的用药情况进行统计分析。结果:不合理用药占14.96％,主要表现在药物选择不当、给药方法和用量不当、配伍不当、配制药物的溶剂选择不当。结论:用药不合理比较突出,应引起足够重视。
Objective: To understand the use of drugs in our hospital, to guide clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: A total of 568 inpatient medical records in our hospital from 1996 to 1999 were analyzed statistically. Results: The irrational use of drugs accounted for 14.96%, mainly in the improper choice of drugs, methods and dosage of improper administration, improper compatibility, the preparation of drugs improper solvent selection. Conclusion: Unreasonable use of drugs is more prominent, should cause enough attention.
