The “Peace” space station of the Soviet Union launched the “Crystal” technology capsule again on May 31 last year after docking the “Quantum-1” astrophysical module and the “Quantum-2” equipment capsule. It successfully docked with the “Peace” space station on June 12. “Crystal” tank is a semi-industrial production test-based work cabin segment. The Soviets believe that the semi-industrial production of semiconductor materials and the preparation of biological samples on the “crystal” tank will open the way for future space plants. The load in the “crystal” inside and outside the cabin configuration shown in Figure 1, Figure 2. Here’s a description of the main payload. Semiconductor single crystal growth resistance furnace-B by the heater, hearth, “” control system, the main components and cables, the maximum power consumption of 2000 watts. Its scheduled mission goals are six, of which the first three are gallium arsenide single crystal growth. 1. GaAs 荦 is grown by directional crystallization
