中国二十位知名词曲作家日前联名致书中国音乐家协会,呼吁提高著作权意识,保护作者合法权益。这批词曲作家有羊鸣、阎肃、宋扬、生茂、张士燮、洪源、傅晶、王锡仁、冰河等。《人民日报》刊登的一则消息称,这批词曲作家反映,不久前,一家唱片公司出版了一种录音盒带,收录了一批传唱多年的歌曲作品,发行高达数百万盒,获巨额利润。继此之后,又有一些音像出版单位也相继出版了类似的盒带,所得亦很可观。这些出版者大都无视词曲作者的著作权,有的事前不征求作者意见,事后不付报
Twenty famous Chinese songwriters recently made a joint letter to the China Musicians Association, calling for raising the awareness of copyright and protecting the author’s legitimate rights and interests. The songwriters such as Yang Ming, Yan Su, Song Yang, Sheng Mao, Zhang Shixie, Hong Yuan, Fu Jing, Wang Xiren, Glacier and so on. According to a source published in the People’s Daily, the writers of songwriters said that not long ago, a record company published a tape cassette that included songs sung for many years and issued millions of boxes for huge profits . Since then, some audio-visual publishers have also successively published similar cassettes and their income has been very impressive. Most of these publishers ignore the authorship of songwriter’s copyright, and some do not seek the opinion of the author in advance, and do not pay afterwards
