党员干部是从事政府工作,为国家为人民服务的共产党员们。党员干部在工作过程中要受到党的政治纪律的约束,防止党员干部因为拥有过多的权利而造成集权、贪污、受贿、疏忽工作等不应该的党员作风。党的政治纪律的存在必须的,执行也是要严格的。但是当下我国党员干部在执行党的政治纪律时出现了认识不高、观念薄弱等诸多问题,对我党政治纪律的严肃性造成了一定负面影响。本文对党员干部执行党的政治纪律时存在的问题做出了简要分析,并针对问题提出了相应的治理对策,希望能够严肃党的政治纪律。
Party members and cadres are members of the Communist Party who work for the government and serve the country for the people. Party members and cadres in the course of their work to be subject to the party’s political discipline to prevent party members and cadres because they have too much power to create power, corruption, bribery, negligence and other party members should not work style. The existence of the party’s political discipline must be implemented strictly. However, when our party members and cadres are carrying out the party’s political discipline at the moment, many problems such as low understanding and weak concept have caused a certain negative impact on the seriousness of our party’s political discipline. This article makes a brief analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of the party’s political discipline by party members and cadres, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the hope that they will be able to seriously uphold the party’s political discipline.
