改革开放以来,经济快速发展,劳动关系的市场化、利益化使劳资矛盾、冲突日益加剧。劳动关系作为社会的基本关系,其和谐稳定的程度直接影响着社会主义和谐社会的构建。一般来说,劳资矛盾不可能完全避免,但如果在发生之后,处置得当的话,是可以化解大部分的,这对于维持整个社会的和谐和稳定,也有巨大帮助。因此,文章论述了劳资矛盾产生的原因,并认真研究和谐社会下化解劳资矛盾的对策,对维护劳动者合法权益,构建社会主义和谐劳动关系有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Since the reform and opening up, rapid economic development, market-oriented labor relations, and profit-sharing have led to an intensification of labor conflicts and conflicts. Labor relations as the basic social relations, the degree of its harmony and stability directly affect the building of a harmonious socialist society. In general, labor-management conflicts can not be completely avoided. However, if they are properly handled after they are taken, most of them can be resolved. This is also of great help in maintaining the harmony and stability of the entire society. Therefore, the article discusses the reasons for the emergence of labor-management conflicts and conscientiously studies the countermeasures to resolve the conflicts between labor and capital in a harmonious society. It has important theoretical and practical significance for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and building a harmonious socialist labor relations.
