魏某某,女,47岁。因心悸,气紧,全身抽搐2小时,于1980年4月2日入院.入院前2小时,患者因上腹部不适,口服胃膜素约3～4克(成都制药三厂制,批号T80901).服药后半小时,上腹不适加重,胸闷,流涎;继之心悸,气紧,有窒息感;皮肤奇痒,出现皮疹,四肢肿胀,全身抽搐而急诊入院。体检:体温36℃,脉搏89,呼吸32,血压130/90mmHg.神清,烦躁;全身皮肤潮红,
