目的:调查衡水地区女性阴道感染情况。方法:采用白带常规+干式酶法分析技术对随机选取的500例就诊女性的阴道分泌物进行检测分析。结果:500例就诊者中,清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度237例(占检测人数的47.4%),清洁度Ⅲ~Ⅳ度263例(占检测人数的52.6%),检出需氧菌阴道炎(AV)患者61例(占检测人数的12.2%),细菌性阴道病(BV)患者98例(占检测人数的19.6%),细胞溶解性阴道病(CV)患者2例(占检测人数的0.4%),滴虫性阴道炎(TV)患者43例(占检测人数的8.4%),外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者82例(占检测人数的16.4%)。此外,还发现混合感染40例(占检测人数的8.0%):AV合并BV 15例,AV合并TV 8例,AV合并VVC 5例,BV合并VVC 10例,BV合并TV 2例。结论:衡水地区细菌性阴道病、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病和需氧菌阴道炎的发病率排在阴道感染的前3位,混合感染中需氧菌阴道炎是最主要的合并感染。
Objective: To investigate the female vaginal infection in Hengshui area. Methods: vaginal secretions of 500 randomly chosen women treated by leucorrhea routine + dry enzyme assay were detected and analyzed. Results: Among the 500 patients, 237 cases (47.4% of the test subjects) of grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree of cleanliness and 263 cases of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree of cleanliness (accounting for 52.6% of the test persons), the aerobic bacterial vaginitis was detected 61 AV patients (12.2%), 98 bacterial vaginosis patients (19.6%), 2 patients with cytolytic vaginosis (CV) %), Trichomonas vaginitis (TV) 43 patients (8.4% of the test population), 82 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) (accounting for 16.4% of the test population). In addition, 40 cases were found to be mixed infection (8.0% of the test population): AV merged with BV 15 cases, AV merged TV 8 cases, AV merged with VVC 5 cases, BV combined with VVC 10 cases and BV combined with TV 2 cases. Conclusion: The incidence of bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis and aerobic vaginitis in Hengshui is the top three of vaginal infections. Aerobic vaginitis is the most common co-infection in mixed infections.
