随着就业压力的增加,高职教育一定要把握“教育为就业服务,就业为教育目标”这一宗旨,坚持“四以”原则,以市场为方向,以就业素质为基石,以提高人才质量为核心,以改革教学管理为强大动力,以培养综合性人才为目标,积极加强高职学生的就业能力培训,根据市场需求适当调整教学管理。这就要求高职学校努力把握就业方向,建立起多样化人才培养模式,稳健地提高高职教学水平。所以,学校要全面提高素质教育、不断深化教育改革、提高教学质量、加强就业指导。
