中药材及其制剂,因成分复杂,对其有效成分的测定,目前大多尚未建立适宜的方法。文献报道的测定方法有薄层—分光光度法、薄层扫描法、萃取—分光光度法、柱色谱—分光光度法及高效液相色谱法等,这些方法大多操作繁琐、分析周期较长、且分析的精密度和准确度亦不够理想。近年来,随着流动注射分析(FIA)及化学传感器的发展,中成药中有效成分的分析有了新的发展。本文报道了基于小檗碱流通型传感器的电化学检测器用于含小檗碱中(成)药样品的流动注射分析,方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,样品分析速度可达120次/h。
Traditional Chinese medicines and their preparations, because of their complex composition and determination of their active ingredients, have not yet been established in most suitable methods. The methods reported in the literature include thin-layer spectrophotometry, thin-layer scanning, extraction-spectrophotometry, column chromatography-spectrophotometry, and high-performance liquid chromatography. Most of these methods are cumbersome and require long analysis cycles. The precision and accuracy of the analysis are also not ideal. In recent years, with the development of flow injection analysis (FIA) and chemical sensors, there has been a new development in the analysis of active ingredients in proprietary Chinese medicines. In this paper, the electrochemical detector based on berberine flow sensor is used for the flow injection analysis of berberine-containing drug samples. The method is simple and rapid, and the results are accurate and reliable. The sample analysis speed can reach 120 times / h.
