鲍氏痢疾杆菌,引起食物中毒的报告很少。1961年8月底我们在某单位食物中毒患者的粪便和病人所吃的咸菜中,分离出两株鲍爱德四型痢疾杆菌,据经临床、流行病学调查及血清分析,证实是此次食物中毒病原菌,现将结果报告如下:一、流行病学调查一、发病情况:1961年8月29日晚间8时以后,某单位突然发生腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、发冷发烧患者十余名;夜间又继续发生41名,到31日早5时,前后34小时共发生同类患者60名。8月29日晚除本单位82人在本伙房就餐外,另有师放映队4人在此就餐。餐后两小时即出
