我国民营企业的发展已经逐渐成为各地区经济发展最为活跃的亮点,但是它们普遍存在“重销售、轻理财”的不良现象,导致其整体财务管理水平不高,无法达到现代企业制度对财务管理的要求,面临的财务风险也较大。本文着重分析民营企业的财务管理现状,提出了一些改善财务管理工作,提高财务管理水平的措施,以期使得民营企业的财务管理工作贯穿到企业的各个领域和环节当中去。
