一蓦然回首,我的教育生涯已接近三十年。第一个十年,是新手起步、站稳讲台、融入现实的时段。第二个十年,是反思、批判、呐喊、突围的激情岁月。第三个十年,是逐步完成职业觉解之后由批判走向建设的十年。经过漫长的泣血呼喊,越过不惑之年后,我几乎不再对教育现实的残酷有些许抱怨,也不再喜欢听到归咎于体制的任何抱怨。不是因为教育体制的转好或是语文教育生态的转好,更不是声嘶力竭之后的疲惫与麻木,而是深刻地认识到每一个教育个体本身就是体制之一环,唯有个体最大尺度地发生改变,才能逐步推动并赢得体制的改变,或者说才能体
