所谓有效教学,是指教师的教学行为在学生身上所产生的最终结果。判断这种教学行为是否有效,应该依据两个基本标准:一是教学内容是否符合学生的真正需要。二是看学生最终接受和掌握了多少。在日常教学中,我们的许多教学过程看似有效,实则于学生无益,往往将大量时间消耗在无任何实际意义的事情中,这实在是令人遗憾的。判断课堂提问是否有效,最重要的标准
The so-called effective teaching, refers to the teacher’s teaching behavior in the final result of the students. Judging whether this kind of teaching is effective or not should be based on two basic criteria: First, whether the teaching content meets the real needs of students. The second is to see how many students finally accepted and mastered. In everyday teaching, many of our teaching processes seem to be effective, but in fact students are not helpful.
