近年来,由于高效液体色谱技术的发展,国外开始采用高效液体色谱法测定组织及体液中儿茶酚胺的含量,并取得良好成绩。有关这方面的资料国内尚未见报导。应用这一技术国外多采用Al_2O_3作提取剂,0.2N HAC为洗脱剂,含18碳烷基化合物作填充相,用微电流检测器或荧光检测器测定。微电流检测器现在国内难于解决,而荧光法测定手续比较复杂。我们采用弱酸型离子交换树脂Amberlite IRC-50为提取剂。4%硼酸作洗脱液,用国产YMG-CH作填充相,用5%甲醇+95%水+0.07%磷酸作流动相,得到同样结果。
In recent years, due to the development of high performance liquid chromatography, foreign countries began to use high performance liquid chromatography determination of catecholamines in tissues and body fluids, and achieved good results. There is no report in this area in China. The use of this technology more than Al 2 O 3 as extractive agent, 0.2N HAC as eluent, containing 18 carbon alkyl compounds for the filling phase, with a micro-current detector or fluorescence detector determination. Micro-current detector is difficult to solve in China, but the determination of fluorescence method is more complicated. We use weak acid ion exchange resin Amberlite IRC-50 as extractant. 4% boric acid as eluent, with domestic YMG-CH as the filling phase, with 5% methanol + 95% water + 0.07% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase to give the same result.
