丁苯橡胶是丁二烯与苯的无规共聚物,其物理机械性能、加工性能及制品的使用性能接近于天然橡胶,其中有些性能(如耐磨、耐热、耐老化及硫化速度)较天然橡胶更为优良,可与天然橡胶及多种合成橡胶并用,广泛用于轮胎、胶带、胶管、胶鞋、电线电缆、医疗器具及各种橡胶制品的生产,是目前世界上合成橡胶工业中产量和消费量最大的通用胶种。一、国内丁苯橡胶生产情况我国现有生产厂家近10家,年生产能力约41万t。较大装置有6套,其中乳液聚合丁苯橡胶4套、溶液聚合丁苯橡胶有2套。主要生产厂家有南通申
