目的观察胃癌患者HSP27的表达及与幽门螺杆菌的相关性,以探讨HSP27与幽门螺杆菌感染、胃癌发生之间的关系及在胃癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学技术对HSP27的表达定性。结果30例胃癌患者HSP27表达(76.67%)明显高于30例浅表性胃炎患者(30%)(P<0.01)与30例消化性溃疡患者(36.67%)(P<0.01)。与30例萎缩性胃炎患者及不典型增生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。幽门螺杆菌阳性菌株HSP27表达(55.77%)显著高于幽门螺杆菌阴性菌株(26.09%)(P<0.005)。结论HSP27的过度表达与胃癌、幽门螺杆菌密切相关。HSP27的强表达,可能发生在胃癌的发生发展的过程中,为此,推断可以通过对HSP27表达的测定,对幽门螺杆菌感染的状态及趋势进行预测,对胃癌分化的程度给予判定,对治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To observe the expression of HSP27 and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer patients so as to investigate the relationship between HSP27 and Helicobacter pylori infection and gastric cancer and the role of HSP27 in the development of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to characterize the expression of HSP27. Results The expression of HSP27 was significantly higher in 30 patients with gastric cancer (76.67%) than in 30 patients with superficial gastritis (30%) (P <0.01) and 30 patients with peptic ulcer (36.67%) (P <0.01). There was no significant difference with 30 cases of atrophic gastritis and atypical hyperplasia (P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of HSP27 in Helicobacter pylori (55.77%) was significantly higher than that in Helicobacter pylori (26.09%) (P <0.005). Conclusion HSP27 overexpression is closely related to gastric cancer and Helicobacter pylori. The strong expression of HSP27 may occur in the process of development and progression of gastric cancer. Therefore, it is concluded that the determination of HSP27 expression can predict the status and trends of Helicobacter pylori infection, determine the degree of gastric cancer differentiation, Provide a reliable basis.
