自确立市场在资源配置中的基础性地位后,其未能充分发挥应有的引导作用。究其原因,无非是违背了市场决定资源配置的一般规律,是市场体系不完善、政府干预过多和监管不到位所致。尽管实践中不乏处理政府和市场协调关系之行业协会存在,但限于机制不健全致其并难以发挥应有作用。遂本文以此为出发点,探讨完善我国行业协会的几点建议。 Since it established the basic position of the market in the allocation of resources, it failed to give full play to its due guiding role. The reason is nothing more than a violation of the general law of determining the allocation of resources by the market, the imperfect market system, excessive government intervention and inadequate supervision. Although there are many trade associations dealing with the coordination between the government and the market in practice, it is difficult to play their due role only when the mechanism is not perfect. So this article take this as a starting point, to discuss several suggestions to improve our trade association.
