多年来,我院外科将大承气汤制成汤剂,用于腹部手术后促进肠功能恢复。由于组方中大黄在不同的煎煮方法、温度、时间的条件下,汤剂中蒽醌成分的含量不稳定,蒽醌与鞣质比值产生变化,导致疗效不一;同时也可能发生继发性便秘。为此,经反复试验研究,将大承气汤组方进行改进,研制成服用方便、质量稳定、疗效显著的通宣胶囊。 1 仪器与材料 UV2100型分光光度计(日本岛津);大黄酸标准品(中国药品生物制品检定所);所用试剂均为分析纯。 制剂药材购自龙岩市医药公司中药经营部,质量符合《中国药典》1995年版一部规定。 2 制备工艺 2.1 处方:大黄、枳实、厚朴、桃仁、郁李仁等中药组成。 2.2 制备工艺:大黄粗粉用新鲜石灰乳加5％氢氧化钠溶液提取3次,过滤除去杂质,滤液利用蒽醌化合物 Over the years, Dachengqi Decoction has been made into decoction in our hospital for the recovery of intestinal function after abdominal surgery.
