富含亮氨酸重复序列的类受体蛋白激酶(LRR-RLKs)在植物的生长发育过程中起到非常重要的作用,如细胞识别,抵抗病原体的入侵以及自交不亲和反应.现已克隆了一个水稻LRR-RLK基因OsInlk2,并对它进行了序列和表达分析,结果表明OsInlk2由三个部分组成,即胞外LRR结构域,跨膜区域和蛋白激酶区域.种内变异分析表明OsInlk2在籼稻中表达,而在粳稻中却不表达.另外组织表达分析表明OsInlk2在茎和幼穗中的表达量很高,而在叶片和根中的表达量较低.对珍汕97B三叶期幼苗进行盐胁迫和冷胁迫,结果表明随着NaCl浓度的提高,OsInlk2的表达呈先减后增的趋势;4℃低温处理8 h,该基因的表达量比对照降低,但随着处理时间的延长,表达量却急剧上升.
