我厂长年加工铝合金铸件、铝棒、铝板及有机玻璃、塑料等材料的零件。过去采用尖头锪刀、斜角锪刀加工,切削深度小(一般2毫米)、效率低、加工表面光洁度差。经长期生产实践不断摸索,改进成一种半圆弧刃锪刀,切削深度可达10~12毫米,加工效率可提高3~4倍,表面光洁度达▽7,使用效果较好。刀具结构如图所示,采取平圆弧刃切削,使切削力分解,减轻震动,切削性能平稳,进给量大,噪音低。
