不少企业认为,工资集体协商就是一道简单的加法算术题,除了给企业增加成本之外,别无他益。而笔者认为,工资集体协商制是一道四则混合运算题,加减乘除皆在其中我国推行工资集体协商制度已有15个年头。最近,有18个省出台了最低工资标准,继续推进这一制度再次成为时下的社会热点。笔者认为,工资协商制的真正落地,关键还在于企业自身。反过来,从企业的角度看,被动执行,付出了成本不一定会取得预期效果;积极落实,却可能会一举多得。那么,企业究竟该在工资协商中做好自己的加减乘除呢?
Many companies believe that wage collective bargaining is a simple additive arithmetic problem, in addition to adding cost to the enterprise, no other benefit. In my opinion, the wage collective bargaining system is a four-hybrid operation, addition, subtraction and multiplication are all among them the collective wage bargaining system in China for 15 years. Recently, 18 provinces have issued minimum wage standards. Continuing to push this system once again becomes a social hot spot of the time. The author believes that the real ground floor wage negotiations, the key lies in the business itself. In turn, from the business point of view, passive implementation, the cost of not necessarily achieve the desired results; active implementation, but may serve multiple purposes. So, after all, should enterprises make their own addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in wage negotiations?
