目的:优选南板蓝叶渗漉提取工艺参数。方法:以不同浓度乙醇溶液为溶媒,以南板蓝叶渗漉提取浸膏中靛玉红的量为指标,采用正交试验法,优选南板蓝叶渗漉提取工艺。结果:以南板蓝叶粉碎过20目筛,以12倍量80%乙醇为溶媒,浸泡36 h后以20 mL/min的速度进行渗漉,所得南板蓝叶浸膏中靛玉红总量较高。结论:采用渗漉法常温提取南板蓝叶,工艺简单,能耗低。
Objective: To optimize the process parameters of Southern blue leaf percolation extraction. Methods: The ethanol solution of different concentrations was used as the solvent, and the amount of indirubin in the extract was extracted by Southern blue leaf percolation. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the percolation extraction process. Results: The southern blue leaves were ground through a 20-mesh sieve, 12 times the amount of 80% ethanol as a solvent, soaked for 36 h after 20 mL / min percolation rate, Higher amount. Conclusion: The method of percolation to extract the southern blue leaf at normal temperature has the advantages of simple process and low energy consumption.
