本文在简要阐述加强基层党组织建设重要性与必要性的基础上,介绍了在加强基层党建过程中三个行之有效的方式与方法。从提高支部班子成员整体素质,营建班子内部和谐向上工作氛围,切实加强党群干群关系和谐建设入手,努力抓好支部班子建设;在党员学习教育的内容设置和教育过程中寻找创新点,以此全面提高党员整体素质;以健全党员日常管理机制,深化党支部目标管理和量化考核,完善支部班子考核激励机制为手段,用制度保障基层党建工作稳步推进。
On the basis of briefly explaining the importance and necessity of building grass-roots party organizations, this article introduces three effective ways and methods in strengthening the grass-roots party building. From the perspective of improving the overall quality of the members of the branch teams and establishing a harmonious and up-to-date working atmosphere within the teams, earnestly strengthening the harmonious construction of the relationship between the party and the masses and making efforts to do a good job in the construction of the branch groups, we should find innovative points in the process of setting content and education for party members This comprehensively improves the overall quality of party members; with the daily management of party members, deepening the target management and quantitative assessment of the branch, improve the branch team assessment and incentive mechanism as a means of using the system to ensure steady progress of the party building at the grassroots level.
