我厂锻造车间有各型号的空气锤10台。由于上砧头镶条在工作中经常松动退出,致使镶条大头划伤、啃伤锤体导套内壁的现象时有发生。为了消除这一现象,各制造厂家及用户进行过多种设计,常用的方法是在上砧头小端面制出燕尾槽,用槽内板挡住镶条大端面,但此法有时因镶条退出顶弯槽内板而产生划、啃内壁事故。 针对这一情况,我们采取如下改进方法:把镶条大端下面100mm长度内加工成锯齿式,再加工一个与之相啮合的小齿条(图1),同时把上砧头按图2加工一
