《中国法》D9法律的分类体系与现行的法律体系不符 ,主要问题是分类的类目设置与法律自身的上下位置关系不一致 ,解决的办法是修正类目的设置 ,服从法律的规定。
The classification system of D9 law of “China Law” is inconsistent with the current legal system. The main problem is that the category setting of classification differs from the upper and lower position of law itself. The solution is to correct the category setting and obey the law.
