自我效能感(Sense of self-efficacy)是指人在执行某一行为操作之前对自己能够在什么水平上完成该行为活动所具有的信念、判断或主体自我把握与感受。换而言之,就是人们建立在自我主体认知感悟基础上的认知心理活动对他们了解和探索未知世界有着一定的促进作用。该理念运用于英语课程教学,不仅体现了课程的“学本课堂”理念,更能帮助学生在主动深入探知的过程中始终保持旺盛的意志力,增强他们学习的主动性和激情。
Sense of self-efficacy refers to a person’s belief, judgment or subject’s self-grasping and feeling of what level of self-efficacy they can perform before performing a certain behavior. In other words, people’s cognitive and psychological activities based on the perception of self-subjective knowledge promote their understanding and exploration of the unknown world. This concept, applied to English teaching, not only embodies the concept of “textbook classroom” of the curriculum, but also helps students to maintain their strong will power and enhance their learning initiative and passion during their active exploration.
