给小鼠皮下注射L-甲状腺素(L-T_4)0.6mg/天,能显著增加血浆中cAMP、cGMP含量,但对cA/cG比值无显著影响。在L-T_4模型基础上,“全方”及“三泻”不能对抗被L-T_4增加的cAMP,而对被上升的cGMP含量能使其显著下降,“三补”则能对抗被L-T_4增加的cAMP使其含量降至与空白对照组相近水平。“全方”提高模型小鼠的cA/cG比值,但与空白对照组没有显著变化,“三补”、“三泻”对模型动物的cA/cG比值无显著影响。
Subcutaneous injection of L-thyroxine (L-T4) 0.6 mg/day to mice significantly increased plasma cAMP and cGMP levels, but had no significant effect on the cA/cG ratio. Based on the L-T_4 model, “all sides” and “three diarrheas” could not counteract the cAMP increased by L-T_4, while the increased cGMP content could make it significantly lower, and “three supplements” could resist L-T4. T_4 increased cAMP to a level similar to that of the control group. The “quantification” improved the cA/cG ratio of the model mice, but there was no significant change from the blank control group. “Three supplements” and “three diarrhea” had no significant effect on the cA/cG ratio of the model animals.
