利用极化曲线及扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)研究了硫化钠对硬铝合金 (L Y12 CZ)在 3.5 %的氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用机制。电化学极化曲线测试结果表明 ,硫化钠对铝合金具有较好的缓蚀作用 ,当硫化钠的浓度较低时 ,随着硫化钠浓度的增大缓蚀效率增大 ,当硫化钠的浓度较大时 ,缓蚀效率随着浓度的增大而降低。硫化钠使铝合金出现了钝化现象。 SEM实验表明 ,硫化钠促进了铝合金表面膜的形成 ,抑制了铝合金点蚀的发生
The corrosion inhibition mechanism of sodium sulfide on 3.5% sodium chloride solution of hard aluminum alloy (LY12 CZ) was studied by polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
