目的探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术临床应用。方法回顾性分析50例后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料。结果 47例患者顺利完成手术,手术时间30～70min,术后平均住院时间4d。3例患者中转开放手术(2例因出血多而开放;1例因后腹腔建立失败而开放);1例患者因术后尿漏行二次开放手术。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,是治疗肾囊肿的首选术式。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression. Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic removal of renal cysts clinical data. Results 47 patients successfully completed the operation, the operation time was 30 ~ 70min and the average postoperative hospital stay was 4d. Three patients underwent open surgery (2 were open due to bleeding; 1 was open due to a failed abdominal establishment); 1 patient underwent second open surgery due to postoperative urinary leakage. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery, which is the first choice for the treatment of renal cysts.
